The course material can be purchased in e-book format ($20.95) at the following link: https://www.psglearning.com/catalog/productdetails/9781284214024 ATTIRE AND EQUIPMENT Uniform • Day 1 -Agency classroom Training Uniform • Day 2 – Agency rough duty training uniform and duty gear to include ballistic vests or helmets if issued by your agency. * Equipment required: bump helmet, safety glasses, gloves, knee pads and head lamp with dim red light capability. Special Note: The practical scenarios in this course are designed to be as realistic as possible. Be prepared for training indoors and outdoors regardless of weather conditions outdoors. Clothing and other equipment may become soiled or damaged during this training. GENERALINFORMATION • Standard meals will be provided on both days. It is strongly recommended that students bring hydration and snacks. • Course is both physically and mentally demanding and does require students to operate in austere environments so be prepared for a demanding course. • Upon completion students will receive their NAEMT Tactical Emergency Casualty Care certification and 16 CAPSE/ NAEMT CEU's depending on discipline. • Further information will be forwarded with the welcome letter.
